Which car is best for a birthday in Dubai?
If the birthday person loves driving, choose a supercar such as the Ferrari 488 Spider at AED 2,800 per day or the Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder at AED 3,000 per day. If you want to share the day with friends, a four-seat convertible like the BMW M4 Competition Convertible is the more practical option.
Most birthday rentals are for one day. The Ferrari 488 Spider has a 3.9 L V8 and a published 0 to 100 km/h time of 3.0 seconds, and its roof opens, which makes it a favourite for an evening drive. The Huracán EVO Spyder has a naturally aspirated V10 with 631 hp; note that Lamborghini models carry a security deposit of AED 5,000 instead of AED 3,000.
Two-seat supercars leave no room for a group. If you plan a dinner with friends or family, consider a four-seater such as the Rolls-Royce Wraith at AED 2,500 per day, or keep the supercar for the drive and meet the others at the venue. Browse all options on our convertible rental page.
Remember the minimum age: renters must be at least 21, and a higher age may apply for select supercars. If the birthday person is young, check this before you book.
Which car should you choose for a proposal?
A convertible gives a proposal its moment: the Rolls-Royce Dawn at AED 2,900 per day seats four, and the Bentley Continental GTC at AED 3,000 per day is a two-seat open grand tourer. Both suit a calm sunset drive more than a fast one.
The Rolls-Royce Dawn has a 6.6L twin-turbo V12 and a soft, quiet ride, which matters when the plan is to talk rather than to drive hard. The Bentley Continental GTC is sportier, with a 4.0L twin-turbo V8, all-wheel drive and a published 0 to 100 km/h time of 4.0 seconds. Our rentals are self-drive, and decoration is not part of the listed service; ask us before booking if you need either. Flowers, a photographer or a ring box are up to you, and the person proposing drives the car.
Which car works best for a honeymoon?
For a honeymoon of several days, comfort and luggage space matter more than top speed. A Range Rover Sport at AED 1,000 per day or a Mercedes-Benz S 500 at AED 999 per day are comfortable choices for a week, and you can add a convertible for one special day.
Couples often split the stay: an SUV or sedan for the days that include airport transfers, shopping and longer drives, and a sports car or convertible for one evening. Since delivery and collection are free anywhere in Dubai, switching cars between days is easy to plan.
For a week or more, ask for a quote. Weekly and monthly prices are not published and are given on request. The Range Rover Vogue at AED 1,300 per day is the most spacious of the Range Rover models we offer, with a 4.4L twin-turbo V8 and 523 hp.
All rentals are for use within the UAE only. If your honeymoon includes a trip across a border, plan that part without the rental car.
Can the car be delivered to your hotel as a surprise?
Yes. We deliver free of charge anywhere in Dubai, including hotels, residences and the airport, at the time you agree with us. Deliveries outside Dubai carry a fee.
For a surprise, give us the exact address, the hotel entrance or lobby, a time window and a phone number for the handover. Read more on how car rental delivery in Dubai works.
A surprise still needs the paperwork. The renter must show valid documents at handover, and a security deposit is blocked on a card: AED 3,000 on most cars, AED 5,000 on Lamborghini. If you book the car as a gift, the person who will drive must meet the age and document requirements, either as the renter or as an additional driver.
Some hotels have their own rules for vehicles waiting at the entrance. Ask the hotel in advance where the car can stand for a few minutes during the handover.
Can both partners drive the car?
Yes, an additional driver is permitted if they meet the age and document requirements. A surcharge applies, and the amount is confirmed at booking.
Each driver needs the documents that apply to them. UAE residents show an Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Visitors show a passport, a visa depending on the country, and a driving licence or International Driving Permit depending on where the licence was issued. Only registered drivers may drive. If one partner is under 21, or below the higher age set for select supercars, choose a car where both meet the requirement, or let the eligible partner drive.
How do you plan the day and the photos?
Book early, agree on the delivery time, plan a route within 250 km per day and choose public places for photos where stopping and parking are allowed. Never stop on a highway or in a no-parking zone for a picture.
Photos are part of most celebrations. Use regular parking spaces or quiet public spots, and keep the engine and the hazard lights in mind: a car blocking traffic can lead to a fine, and fines are paid by the renter. Some buildings, hotels and private areas set their own rules on photography, so ask first.
Plan your route so it stays within 250 km per day. Extra kilometres cost between AED 10 and AED 25 per km depending on the car. Salik tolls, fuel and parking are paid by the renter as well.

What does a celebration rental cost?
A one-day Ferrari 488 Spider rental costs AED 2,800 plus 5% VAT, which is AED 2,940 before extras. A three-day honeymoon with a Range Rover Sport costs AED 3,000 plus VAT, which is AED 3,150 before extras.
Combine cars for a longer stay: four days in a Mercedes-Benz S 500 at AED 999 per day (AED 3,996) plus one day in a Rolls-Royce Dawn (AED 2,900) comes to AED 6,896 excluding VAT, or AED 7,240.80 including 5% VAT, before tolls, fuel and any extra kilometres.
The security deposit is blocked on your card in addition and released after return. These examples use the published daily rates; the quote for your dates confirms the total, including the additional driver surcharge if you add one.
