1. Scope
These terms apply to all vehicle rentals from 5 Stars Car Rental, Warehouse 21, Ground Floor, Bin Moosa Warehouse, Al Quoz 3, Dubai. to be confirmed
2. Eligibility and Documents
Minimum age 21; higher minimum age may apply for selected supercars. UAE residents: Emirates ID and UAE driving licence. Visitors: passport, visa where applicable, driving licence and, depending on licence origin, an International Driving Permit.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are daily rates in AED and exclude 5% VAT. to be confirmed
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit is blocked on the renter's card (amount per car page). It is released after return of the vehicle in the condition received; release by the bank typically takes 7-21 business days. to be confirmed
5. Mileage
250 km per day included. Excess kilometres are charged at the per-km rate stated for each car.
6. Insurance and Accidents
Vehicles are comprehensively insured under UAE law. A police report is required for any incident. Damage beyond standard coverage may be deducted from the deposit. to be confirmed
7. Salik, Fuel, Parking and Traffic Fines
The renter is responsible for Salik tolls, fuel, parking fees and traffic fines incurred during the rental. to be confirmed
8. Delivery and Collection
Free delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai. Deliveries outside Dubai are chargeable. to be confirmed
9. Use of the Vehicle
Vehicles may only be driven within the UAE. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and incur a surcharge. to be confirmed
10. Extensions, Late Return and Cancellation
